These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the rezip mobile application ("rezip", "the app", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using rezip you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

rezip (找數未) is a local-first, account-less trip expense splitter. It lets you record trip expenses, split them among participants, scan receipts to extract store names and line items, convert between currencies, and settle up in the fewest transfers. The app runs primarily on your device. Some features (receipt scanning, optional cloud sync) send limited data off-device as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. rezip Pro subscription

rezip Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks cloud sync, cross-device backup, shared trips, unlimited smart receipt scanning, the full Travel Passport, and an ad-free experience.

• Billing. Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly plan and is billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. The exact price for your region is shown at the point of purchase before you confirm; local taxes may apply.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your store account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Managing and cancelling. You manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period runs to its end. We do not process refunds directly — refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• Who pays. Only the trip organizer needs Pro. People invited to a shared trip join for free.

3. No account; your data and backups

rezip has no sign-up, login, email, or password. Your trips, members, expenses, and receipt photos live on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own device backups. If you uninstall the app, reset, lose, or damage your device without a backup, on-device data cannot be recovered by us.

Optional cloud sync (a Pro feature) is provided on a best-effort basis to back up and share trips. We do not guarantee that synced data is complete, continuously available, or recoverable, and cloud sync is not a substitute for your own backups.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use rezip for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• upload or scan content you have no right to use, or that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful;
• attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its backend services;
• use the app to store or transmit malware or to abuse the receipt-scanning or sync services.

Participant names you enter are free-text labels. You are responsible for the content you enter and for having any necessary consent from the people you split trips with.

5. Intellectual property

rezip and its original content, features, branding, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store's terms. The data you enter remains yours.

6. Third-party services

rezip relies on third-party providers to deliver certain features, including Apple and Google (app distribution and billing), our backend provider (Convex), receipt-scanning services including Anthropic's Claude API used as a managed fallback, and RevenueCat (subscription entitlement management). Your use of those features may be subject to those providers' terms. How data flows to them is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

rezip is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that receipt scanning, currency conversion, or settlement calculations will be accurate or complete. You are responsible for verifying any figures before relying on them to move money.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) rezip. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for rezip Pro in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or HK$100, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version, and material changes will be noted in the app's release notes. Continued use of rezip after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

本使用條款（「條款」）規範你對 rezip 流動應用程式（「rezip」、「應用程式」、「我哋」） 嘅使用。下載、安裝或使用 rezip 即表示你同意本條款；如唔同意，請勿使用。

1. 服務內容

rezip（找數未）係一款本地優先、免帳戶嘅旅行分帳應用程式，可以記錄旅行支出、喺參加者 之間拆帳、掃描單據抽取店名同拆項、換算貨幣，並以最少轉數找數。應用程式主要喺你部機運行； 部分功能（單據掃描、可選雲端同步）會依私隱政策所述將有限 資料送離裝置。

2. rezip Pro 訂閱

rezip Pro 係自動續訂訂閱，解鎖雲端同步、跨裝置備份、共享行程、無限智能單據掃描、 完整旅行護照，以及無廣告體驗。

• 收費。Pro 設月費或年費計劃，透過你嘅 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 帳戶收費。你所在地區嘅實際價格會喺確認購買前顯示；或需另加當地稅項。
• 自動續訂。除非喺當期結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂，否則訂閱會於 每期結束時自動續期。系統會喺當期結束前 24 小時內向你嘅商店帳戶收取續訂費用。
• 管理及取消。購買後，你可以喺 App Store 或 Google Play 帳戶設定 管理或取消訂閱。取消只會停止日後續訂，當期已付費期間會繼續生效。我哋唔會直接處理退款 —— 退款要求按 Apple 或 Google 嘅政策處理。
• 邊個付費。只有搞手（organizer）需要 Pro；被邀請加入共享行程嘅人 免費加入。

3. 免帳戶；你嘅資料同備份

rezip 冇註冊、登入、電郵或密碼。你嘅行程、成員、支出同單據相片都留喺部機。你有 責任自行保存裝置備份。如果你喺冇備份嘅情況下解除安裝、重設、遺失或損毀裝置， 本機資料我哋無法為你復原。

可選雲端同步（Pro 功能）以盡力而為方式提供備份及分享行程。我哋唔保證 同步資料完整、持續可用或可復原，雲端同步亦唔能取代你自己嘅備份。

4. 可接受使用

你同意唔會：

• 將 rezip 用於任何非法用途或違反任何適用法律；
• 上載或掃描你無權使用，或屬非法、侵權或有害嘅內容；
• 嘗試逆向工程、反編譯、干擾、超載，或未經授權存取應用程式或其後端服務；
• 利用應用程式儲存或傳送惡意程式，或濫用單據掃描或同步服務。

你輸入嘅參加者名稱只係自由文字標籤。你要為所輸入嘅內容負責，並須就一齊夾數嘅人取得 任何必要同意。

5. 知識產權

rezip 及其原創內容、功能、品牌同運作方式均由我哋擁有，並受適用知識產權法保護。本條款 授予你有限、個人、非專屬、不可轉讓、可撤銷嘅授權，喺你擁有或控制嘅裝置上使用應用程式， 並受本條款及相關應用商店條款約束。你輸入嘅資料仍然屬於你。

6. 第三方服務

rezip 依賴第三方供應商提供某啲功能，包括 Apple 同 Google（應用程式分發及付款）、我哋嘅 後端供應商 Convex、包括用作託管後備嘅 Anthropic Claude API 嘅單據掃描服務，以及 RevenueCat （訂閱權益管理）。你使用嗰啲功能可能受相關供應商條款約束。資料如何傳送俾佢哋，詳見 私隱政策。

7. 免責聲明

rezip 按「現狀」及「現有可用」方式提供，不作任何明示或默示保證，包括 但不限於適售性、特定用途適用性及不侵權保證。我哋唔保證應用程式無間斷、無錯誤或安全， 唔保證缺陷會被更正，亦唔保證單據掃描、貨幣換算或找數計算準確或完整。你有責任喺 依據任何金額轉賬前自行核對。

8. 責任限制

喺法律允許嘅最大範圍內，我哋唔會就任何間接、附帶、特殊、後果性或懲罰性損害，或任何 資料、利潤或商譽損失，因你使用（或無法使用）rezip 而產生嘅損失負責。喺法律允許嘅最大 範圍內，我哋就與應用程式相關嘅任何索償嘅總責任上限，為你喺引致索償事件前 12 個月內就 rezip Pro 支付予我哋嘅金額，或 HK$100，以較高者為準。部分司法管轄區唔允許某啲限制， 故上述部分內容可能唔適用於你。

9. 條款變更

我哋可能不時更新本條款。「最後更新」日期反映最新版本，重大變更會喺應用程式嘅更新 說明中註明。更新後繼續使用 rezip 即表示你接受經修訂嘅條款。

10. 管轄法律

本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，並不理會其法律衝突規則。香港法院對因本條款產生嘅 任何爭議具有非專屬管轄權。
